Carpenter
We need a carpenter who can finish tasks without close supervision. You will be responsible for working safely and efficiently to keep projects moving forward on schedule. You must be able to take direction from the job foreman, communicate when you need support in a timely manner, and give directions to laborers.
Work is full time and year round. Reliable transportation around Boston and the metro-west area is essential. We expect you to have your own basic hand tools. You must be able to interact professionally when dealing with clients, sub-contractors and colleagues.
Qualifications
4+ years of carpentry experience in residential construction.
Expertise with both rough and finish carpentry projects including doors, windows, additions, flooring, trim, stairs, closets, built-ins, kitchen cabinets, decks, siding, and roofing.
Experience with high end residential renovations.
PLUSEs
Good working knowledge of building envelope science.
MA Hoisting License, MA CSL, Lead cert, OSHA 10 certification.
Clean cut.
Fluent English with a second language, especially Spanish or Portuguese.
